Training is open to all members and those that want to try the sport, for those wishing to try please attend C or B grade training, C grade is for younger athletes under 16

C Grade 12:00 - 1:30

B Grade 1:45 - 3:30

A Grade 3:30 - 5:00

Hall is located down the stairs from the car park
