The primary changes include:

• modernising the constitution to match industry best-practice based on the NSW Office of Sport guidelines 
• ensuring terms for Board members are staggard to protect against a loss of tacit knowledge 
• clearer obligations, rights and responsibilities of members
• adjusting membership categories for more sustainable growth
• ensuring the objectives of the organisation align with member expectations
