Shipping costs

We offer free shipping Australia-wide.

Shipping Destinations:

NSW Goalball Association ships goods Australia-wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Standard-shipping is free.

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.          

Statement to the effect

"If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days"

Customer Service Policy

NSW Goalball Association, Inc. is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.  

Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and services and we will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, or you simply change your mind, please contact us on 02 8736 1243 or 0431 268 561 or nswgoalball@gmail.com to arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

How to return product

Please return the product(s) to us in the original condition within 10 working days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace, exchange or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

Please indicate the reason for return and your preferred remedy using the space provided on your packing slip.

NSW Goalball Association is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. NSW Goalball Association uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart.
